TERMS OF SERVICE
Appointment Confirmation, Deposit, Cancellation/Missed Appointments, & Start Time

Confirmations: We will contact you before your scheduled organization session to confirm your appointment. If you book through our app, you'll receive confirmation within the same platform. For non-app bookings, confirmation will be sent via email from info@orgnze.com.

Deposits: To secure your appointment, a deposit equal to two hours at the agreed-upon rate is required. If you engage more than one organizer, an additional hour per organizer will be added to the deposit (e.g., a two-hour deposit for one organizer, and a three-hour deposit for two organizers). Full payment is due upon completion of the service.

Cancellations Policy: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis for potential future credit. Cancellations after 5 p.m. the day before or on the same day will incur the charge of the full deposit.

Punctuality: We kindly request that clients be ready to start at the appointed time for each hands-on decluttering and organizing session, as sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time. Delays caused by the client will impact the allotted session time.

Acceptance of Services

ORGNZE provides the Client with a quote for hourly services along with a link to these terms of service. We require a minimum of a two hour deposit for all new clients. Payment of the deposit indicates an acceptance of our pricing and terms of service. Post organizing price negotiations are not accepted.

Confidentiality
By entering into this contract, the Client acknowledges that ORGNZE may handle personal items and information. ORGNZE agrees not to disclose any such information and pledges to uphold strict confidentiality and respect for the Client’s belongings and home.
Disruption of Services

ORGNZE reserves the right to terminate the contract if the Client repeatedly cancels or changes appointments, or engages in disruptive, threatening, or violent behavior. "Disruptive" behavior includes hindering ORGNZE from performing their professional duties, such as yelling, verbal abuse, or refusing reasonable requests. "Threatening" behavior includes non-physical threats to individuals or property, while "violent" behavior includes physical assault.

We reserve the right to issue refunds , or not, in cases of service disruption.

ORGNZE does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status in any activities or operations.

ORGNZE assigns organizers based on client location, job requirements, physical needs, and skill set. Each organizer undergoes training and a written exam. Assignments are made solely at our discretion, regardless of race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status.

Fees & Payments
ORGNZE independently determines and communicates fees and expenses to the Client in advance. We charge fees and expenses that we deem reasonable, legitimate, and commensurate with our experience and the services provided.. We have benchmarked our pricing against other providers in a way that is honest and not based on insider information or collusion. "One Hour" of work equals one staff hour. When multiple organizers are present, each organizer's hours contribute to the total contracted hours. For example, if the Client requests 12 hours of organizing and we assign two organizers who each work six hours, we fulfill the contracted hours.

ORGNZE reserves the right to charge different rates for work in conditions deemed hazardous or dangerous based on the situation, such as outdoor or garage jobs. We also reserve the right to charge a premium should the job not be as described.
At this time, we only accept payment via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) and process payments via QuickBooks to ensure the security of your data. We collect a two-hour deposit before each job, with full payment due within 24 hours of job completion unless prepaid through a package purchase.

If you do not wish for us to use your photos, please let us know.
Process Ownership

Regarding the purging, sorting, and organizing of items, the Client maintains process ownership. ORGNZE recognizes items as the sole property of the Client, and though efforts will be made to help purge when needed, it is hereby stated that the final decision on such matters belongs to the Client. This is hands-on organizing and will not remove items for discarding and donating without your permission. You MUST inspect the items we are removing before we leave the home. We are not responsible for items we have donated once they leave your home.
Project Outcomes
