Please review and confirm your acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined below to proceed with our services:

Services Agreement:

By responding to this communication with any of the following phrases (or similar language) "I accept," "I agree," or any confirmation indicating your understanding and acceptance, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by our Home Organizing Services Agreement. This agreement encompasses our pricing, payment terms, cancellation policy, and other pertinent terms. Payment Terms:

Orgnze requires prepayment for services via Thumbtack or by maintaining a valid credit card on file  for final payment. Upon completion of the project, we will charge you for the exact hours worked, and immediate payment is expected. It is expected that the credit or debit card provided has available funds and has not been frozen or placed on hold.  Should the prepayment option or credit card payment be unavailable, such as in the case of a declined credit card, you will have 15 days to rectify the charges. Failure to settle the outstanding amount within this period will result in Orgnze engaging the services of a collections agency and pursuing all available legal remedies. As a small business, we highly value your prompt compliance with this policy. Please be assured that we strictly adhere to all personally identifiable information (PII) policies and banking procedures to safeguard your information.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will incur a fee of as described under terms of services but at no point is less than two (2) hours of service fee. Our detailed cancellation policy clearly outlines the notice required for cancellations and any associated fees related to late cancellations. Confidentiality:

At Orgnze, we uphold the highest standards of confidentiality regarding your personal items and information. Our team undergoes thorough background checks to safeguard your privacy. We also comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), ensuring your rights regarding personal information are protected. Disruption of Services:

We have established policies to address any disruptions to our services, including the right to terminate the contract under specific circumstances. These circumstances are clearly defined in our terms of service.

Replacement at Fair Market Value (Excluding Sentimental Value):

Orgnze (HardiHar LLC) takes significant care and attention throughout the entire process. However, if in the course of our work, we damage your property, we are committed to replacing or repairing the damaged items at their fair market value, excluding any consideration of sentimental value. Both parties agree to obtain and consider credible valuations or assessments to determine the fair market value, taking into account relevant market conditions, prevailing prices, and any applicable depreciation. This clause ensures that the replacement process is conducted fairly and equitably while excluding any subjective considerations related to sentimental value.

Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement, including the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be resolved through mediation followed by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon both parties.

Non-Solicitation of Employees:

Clients agree not to solicit, hire, or attempt to hire any employee, contractor, or representative of HardiHar LLC dba Orgnze to perform any home organizing services or related work outside the scope of their engagement with Orgnze, with the intent to circumvent the contractual relationship and associated fees. This non-solicitation agreement remains in effect for the duration of our service agreement and for a period of one year following the termination of our services. This clause is intended to protect our legitimate business interests and maintain the stability and confidentiality of our workforce. This agreement is compliant with California law. Violation of this clause may result in legal remedies for any damages incurred by HardiHar LLC.

HardiHar LLC is a California Limited Liability Company with the authority to do business in Georgia and Texas.
