Pre-Move Decluttering
Moving is consistently rated as one of life’s most stressful events. Simply moving across town can be overwhelming. This is compounded when moving to a new city or state. Our team can help unburden you from this stress. Prior to packing we will declutter your old house to ensure you are only moving what you need. Packing, unfortunately, always takes longer than you think. We work quickly but this is an important process and one that requires skill and care.
Packing
We know you don't want to pack your belongings yourself so we will pack the contents of your entire house safely and securely using high quality cardboard boxes and supplies (which you can purchase here). Fragile items will be packed using high quality packing paper and bubble wrap. Your boxes will all be clearly labeled to ensure your movers put them in the correct rooms. The cost of boxes and packing supplies will be an additional fee separate from our hourly rate.
Unpacking
Once you arrive in your new home, it won’t feel like home until you’ve unpacked, made your first meal in your organized kitchen, and started to settle in. Our moving concierge offers the following post-move services:

Greet movers and instruct them where to place boxes

Unpack all boxes

Dispose of all discarded packing materials after unpacking in your designated area. We do not haul away trash but can contact a trash removal company on your behalf (fees not included in our rate)

Set up kitchen and bath using clutter free techniques

We will even stock the refrigerator based on you shopping list, so no "hangry" kids when you arrive!
